Crew- reports about the Phoenician Expedition
We try to "colour" all reports with pictures- adequate to the story. The Phoenician Expedition Team and many crewmembers or visitors support this with their own pictures.

Nick Burningham- Marine Archaeologist, writes about the birth of the idea for the Phoenicia expedition.
He writes also about the technical background to build a hypothetical reconstruction which is as historically
correct as possible and different from a replica.
Eric Hebert- Marine Engineer and adventurer- writes about the long, chaotic time before the Phoenicia got
started in Arwad, Syria. And he writes about the adventurous, often dangerous first leg in the Red Sea down
to al Hudaydah, Yemen.
Richard Kellie- traveljunkie- writes about his leg on the Phoenicia from Al Hudaydah, Yemen to Port Aden,
Yemen. And he gives a detailed report about being seasick :-)
Abdul Aziz- Journalist from Jakarta, Indonesia- is on board the Phoenicia from Port Sudan, Sudan. He is core member- on board for the completly expedition.He was also part of the Borobudur Expedition.
Indonesian Crewmembers- We ask Aziz to help us a little to come to know the men from Indonesia who are an important part of the crew. He gave us the first information about them and he will update this from time to time.
Danielle Eubank- Expedition Artist on the Phoenicia, for which she will create a large series of paintings and sketches to be exhibited after journey. Her artistic ability to illustrate the light, the colour, the reflection of water for example is breathtaking and unique to my mind- but not only this...
